The CEO Office & Transformation team ensures the company’s priorities translate into real outcomes. In this role, you will not only support but also actively manage key strategic programs and initiatives, working across the business to keep them on track and moving forward. You will coordinate with different teams, provide clear updates to senior leadership, and step in where needed to resolve issues or unblock progress. Acting as the link between strategy and execution, you help turn plans into results and drive our key priorities; Smart Growth, Productivity, and Resilience as part of our journey to become “Future Ready”

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex topics. You should be able to understand business issues quickly, connect with different teams, and help senior leaders make decisions with clear and useful information while keeping momentum across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
 Support the tracking of our Future Ready Strategy; business priorities, including progress, risks, dependencies, and results
 Follow up with stakeholders to make sure agreed actions are completed on time. Raise delivery risks and blockers when needed
 Lead and drive cross-department projects
 Support and coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives such as Rapid Productivity
 Facilitate Strategic Dialogues (SD) and Planning Dialogues (PD), including preparation, coordination and follow up
 Prepare materials, analysis, insights, and presentations for senior leaders
 Structure complex business topics into clear recommendations and next steps
 Identify opportunities that align with our Future Ready strategy and key priorities
 Work closely with business and functional teams to connect people, topics and actions

Is this you?
 6–10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or business management
 Strong problem-solving and structuring capabilities, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
 Good communication and stakeholder management skills
 High sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
 Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to prepare clear presentations for senior leaders.
 Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
 Fluent in English and Mandarin
 Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy

Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
