CLAIMS & COLLECTION OFFICER, STUDEN ASSISTANT

Job role

We offer a challenging and exciting role. You will be part of a team with 12 high skilled members in the Nordic Claims & Collections team to handle our collection nationally and internationally? The position is in Copenhagen, conveniently located with excellent public transportation connections  for example to  Nørreport station .

Key responsibilities/What you do:

As a Collection Officer at Allianz Trade Denmark, you will become part of a Nordic Collection Team that manages the daily collection tasks, such as:

• Contact with customers, debtors and external partners

• Collaboration with Danish and foreign colleagues regarding handling foreign debt collection

• Participate in supporting our Regional Competence Centre/RCC located in Bucharest, Romania

• Assisting in daily work

• Other administrative tasks

• Approximately 15 hours per week

Key requirements/What you bring:

Your personal qualifications are important to us, and you should therefore be able to

recognize the following:

• Knowledge in economy and/or administration

• Experience with administrative work

• Fluent (verbal, written and spoken) in both Danish and English

• Contact with customers, debtors, collaborators, etc. motivates you

• You work in a structured manner and have good collaborative skills - both externally and internally

• You perceive quality as a matter of course

• Can work in a team, but also independently

• Curious, adaptable and eager to develop new skills”

Experience with debt collection as well as a legal background is an advantage but not a requirement.
