Support the development and execution of internal communication content for Operations & IT. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Missions :
Internal Communication Development:
- Assist in creating and delivering engaging internal communication materials (e.g., newsletters, intranet articles, presentations etc ) tailored to OPS & IT topics and to highlight achievements
- Translate complex technical and operational information into clear, concise, and impactful messages for diverse internal audiences.
Content Management:
- Support the management and updating of intranet pages, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and visually appealing.
- Develop templates, visuals, and infographics to enhance communication materials.
- Deliver a global OPS & IT newsletter on a quarterly basis
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and HR, to gather input and align messaging.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding communication needs and initiatives.
Analytics and Feedback:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, gathering feedback to improve future efforts.
- Prepare reports on communication performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general support to the COO Office in maintaining internal documentation
Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, or similar platforms).
- Ability to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Interest in OPS & IT Topics: Basic understanding of or interest in Operations and IT processes and trends.
- Fluent in English is mandatory
