Job Summary: 

 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Management Officer to join our Operations & Contract Management department in Finland as a substitute employee for an initial period of six months. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth administration of policies, maintaining customer data, and supporting process improvements. You will act as a vital link between Contract Management and other departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in insurance or finance, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, hybrid working environment.

 

 

Main Tasks:

 

  • Proofreading terms and conditions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Policy data registration and document creation.
  • Managing and updating customer master data.
  • Handling shared mailboxes and completing ad hoc tasks.
  • Performing year-end calculations in line with policy terms.
  • Managing invoicing and dunning processes.
  • Identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Sharing best practices within the team and across departments.
  • Acting as an important link between Contract Management and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Language Skills:
    • Finnish: Native or highly advanced proficiency.
    • English: Fluent or experienced proficiency.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for IT systems, with a willingness to learn and integrate new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), into daily business processes.
