JOB SUMMARY

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and a collaborative mindset? We are looking for a Financial Accountant Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our business unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing collections, overseeing receivables, and ensuring the accuracy of financial entries — all while building strong relationships with clients and payers. You will contribute directly to the financial health and local objectives of Allianz Partners, working within a dynamic and internationally connected environment.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Manage Receivables & Collections: Receive and record receivables and claims cheques from payers and clients into the ERP accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Review & Validate Payments: Review Direct Billing cheques and entries to verify that settled amounts match listed amounts, and that calculations are accurate — including Empanelment Fees, Variable Remuneration, and applicable taxes.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain key financial reports including Collection Reports, Cash Claims, and MEA Receivables Analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • TPA Invoice Management: Facilitate timely payment of TPA invoices by sending payment reminders, liaising with clients for breakdowns, and supporting reconciliation processes following collection.
  • Purchasing & Documentation: Record purchasing entries in the GP System following thorough verification of invoice calculations, supporting documentation, and required approvals.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; experience in the insurance or banking industry is a strong advantage.
  • Languages: Full fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP/GP accounting systems; strong internet navigation and research skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confident and engaging communicator with the ability to build strong, trusted working relationships with payers, clients, peers, and colleagues.
  • Eligibility: Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
