Key responsibilities/What you do:
- Providing administrative support in a customer-focused environment
- Demonstrating strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Thriving in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail

- Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key requirements/What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree with a mandatory medical background
- Insurance experience is advantageous
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to adapt and learn new skills
- Responding to over 40 emails daily within a 24-hour SLA
- Serving as the primary contact for assigned group schemes, Sales Managers, and brokers
- Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with internal and external clients
- Communicating clearly and courteously in all interactions
- Fostering a cooperative and supportive work atmosphere
- Managing policy administration for small to large corporate clients
- Adhering to company policies on anti-corruption, fraud prevention, complaints handling, and data protection
- Striving for first-time resolution in email and phone communications
- Effectively managing markets according to team objectives.
