We're looking for a Business Enablement Lead - eBilling & Insurance Product to help drive digital transformation across Operations, with a focus on two key areas: eBilling adoption in Egypt and global insurance product enablement.
In this role, you'll take ownership of increasing electronic claims submissions from medical providers in Egypt by working closely with providers, operational teams, and business stakeholders to remove barriers and drive adoption.
You'll also act as the dedicated Operations partner for our Insurance Product teams, ensuring new product and policy management changes are successfully embedded across operational teams worldwide. From go-live readiness and training to adoption tracking and continuous improvement, you'll help turn product releases into real business outcomes.

Key Responsabilities:
eBilling Adoption - Egypt
- Own and drive eBilling adoption as a key business KPI.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase electronic claims submissions from providers.
- Identify and remove barriers to adoption in partnership with providers and internal teams.
- Monitor performance, track results, and escalate risks with clear improvement recommendations.
- Support the transition of eBilling ownership to the Pulse team as capabilities mature.
Insurance Product Enablement - Global
- Partner with Product and Policy Management teams to support operational readiness for product changes.
- Translate product releases into practical adoption plans, including training, communications, and process updates.
- Ensure operational teams across markets are prepared for go-live.
- Monitor adoption and post-launch outcomes, driving improvements where needed.
- Represent operational needs and feedback within product development discussions.
Digital Change & Continuous Improvement
- Support the rollout of digital tools, AI solutions, and automation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
- Participate in value realization reviews and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to broader Operations Business Enablement initiatives and best practices.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Act as the key enablement lead within your area of responsibility.
- Build strong relationships with operational, product, and senior leadership teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results through regular reporting and presentations.
- Support governance, compliance, and strategic planning activities.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in operations, business change, digital enablement, or a similar role within an international environment.
- 3+ years' experience in health insurance, medical claims, or financial services.
- Understanding of insurance products, policy management, configuration, or administration.
- Experience driving adoption of digital tools, processes, or platforms, ideally within claims or eBilling environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify practical solutions.
- Experience working with external providers, customers, or partners is highly desirable.
- Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
