JOB OVERVIEW
Allianz Partners Home business you will join a dynamic team that supports our international client base. Working with your Allianz colleagues you will provide claims related and telephone support for property repairs and emergency home services. You will support our customers and the providers that we use in resolving cases and delivering excellent service. All of this will be achieved as part of a collaborative team that enables you to grow and develop as part of Allianz.
Key responsbilities/ What you do
- Qualified initial processing of incoming orders while ensuring process compliance
- Management of orders through active and professional order tracking using in-house software
- Telephone support for customers and service providers, with AI assistance for real-time information retrieval and response suggestions
- Ensuring service and quality of order processing through appropriate and cross-team measures
- Ensuring the commissioned scope of services while considering customer requirements and adhering to service levels
- Archiving/documentation of all necessary information
- Handling incoming complaints in compliance with specified service levels
Key Requirments/ What you bring
- Completed Civil Engineer degree or Construction Technician
- Experience in the service sector, real estate or insurance, in a craft business or call center is advantageous
- strong communication skills on the phone and customer support, enhanced by AI tools for language processing and interaction analysis.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word,)
-Ability to work independently as well as good organizational and planning skills
- Excellent German language skills (C level) in both spoken and written form are required
