Job Type:  Full-Time

This role sits at the heart of how NEXtCARE (part of Allianz Partners) serves its clients. Our Account Managers lead relationships with insurers, corporates, hospitals and other partners – and you make sure they have the information, coordination and follow‑through needed to deliver.

It’s a good fit if you:

  • Enjoy structured, service‑oriented work and dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Are comfortable with data, reports and PowerPoint, not just conversations
  • Want to grow your knowledge of health/medical insurance and TPA services
  • Like being the person who “makes things happen” behind the scenes and in front of clients

If you prefer pure sales, or purely back‑office work with no client exposure, this won’t be the right role.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?

  • Support Account Managers in day‑to‑day client relationship activities, ensuring follow‑up on agreed actions and smooth coordination with clients.
  • Prepare and update data and reports (e.g. account forecasts, performance and market activity reports) that help the client relations team understand trends and make decisions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of NEXtCARE’s services and value proposition so you can explain our offerings clearly and consistently to clients.
  • Join client visits as advised by Account Managers, support with product demonstrations and presentations, and capture client needs and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between Business Development – Client Relations and internal teams (operations, logistics and other business units) to meet client requests accurately and on time.
  • Aggregate, document and track product/service requests, maintaining accurate records to support each Account Manager and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Contribute to marketing and client materials, including PowerPoint presentations and other ad‑hoc tasks that support business development.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.

What are the key requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Management or a related field, giving you a solid foundation in commercial and organisational concepts.
  • Around 2+ years’ experience in a TPA, BPO, hospital or medical centre environment; some exposure to insurance processes and practices is a strong advantage because it will help you understand our clients and services more quickly.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and confidence in using the internet for research; you should be able to handle data files, build clear presentations and manage email professionally.
  • Proven ability to organise, prioritise and plan your work so that multiple client requests and internal tasks are handled on time and with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative working style: you balance your own responsibilities with supporting the wider team, contribute to a positive team spirit and help build commitment to shared goals.
  • Consistently professional behaviour: you treat people with respect under pressure, build trust with colleagues and clients, and uphold the organisation’s values.
  • Legally permitted to work in the country of operations and physically able to perform the duties of the role (including on‑site client visits where required).
