Key responsibilities/What you do
Working with the Global Claims Function, you will be responsible for the identification, investigation and  remediation of Fraud, Waste & Abuse in claims submitted by Health Service Providers and our Health Customers.  Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our fraud prevention and detection efforts. 

Additionally, you will support and mentor fellow Fraud Analysts by sharing your knowledge and insights to optimize our strategies & processes.

You will represent the Global Claims Fraud Framework to our Collegues, Customers, and our Network of Health Service Providers.

You will also ensure that all Fraud, Waste & Abuse activities are captured & reported in accordance with the Regulatory requirements

Represent the Global Claims Fraud Framework, showcasing AI capabilities to colleagues, customers, and the network of Health Service Providers. Advocate for the integration of AI technologies in fraud prevention strategies.


    Key requirements/What you bring
You must hold a Bachelors Degree in any medical field, Business Administration, Insurance or a related field, or equivilant professional experience and be legally allowed to work in Egypt.

You must have at least 5 years experience in analysing & assessing complex medical claims, and have a proven track record in working with data to help identify insights and support decision making. It is essential that you have experience in Health Claims Fraud Data Analysis & the implementation of fraud prevention measures.

You must have an excellent level of Arabic and English (written, word, listening), and be comfortable with communicating at all levels of an Organisation in a professional manne

Proficiency in AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis tools. Experience with AI platforms and software used in fraud detection is highly desirable.
