Allianz Partners (AzP) Medical Provider Management (MPM) manage the global medial provider network across all AzP Lines of Business. MPM has a unique and exciting job opportunity available for someone who has the knowledge and skills to provide administrative support to the MPM Governance team.

In this position you have the unique opportunity to closely work with colleagues on a global, regional and local level worldwide, and be in a position to deliver value towards the overall objectives of MPM.

MPM Governance Officer

Responsible for providing office based administrative support to the MPM Governance team and to support on a variety of tasks.

What you do :

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of MPM MedNetwork mailbox for, addressing emails/requests from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Support with management of the MPM Governance mailbox, addressing emails/requests mainly from internal MPM stakeholders;
  • Responding to requests / emails from external and internal stakeholders  through email within the agreed SLA in a professional, courteous manner, ensuring requests/emails are forwarded to the appropriate MPM stakeholders;
  • Liaising with department staff and managers;
  • Updating MPM contract templates;
  • Collaborating in ad hoc projects;
  • Manage support requests from the business, producing reports and information to assist the Governance team with its tasks;
  • Provide support to the department on other activities when required;
  • Perform quality check when needed;
  • Other activities as directed by the Head of Central Provider Management & Governance or Head of Global Medical Provider Management from time to time.

What you bring :

  • Experience & qualifications required
    • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Educated to degree level or appropriate professional qualification

 

  • Technical competencies
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Able to use a range of standard (Microsoft 365 applications) and non-standard IT applications to support and enhance the work;
    • Oral & written fluency in English; other languages an advantage
    • Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
