Multilingual Care Advisor Opportunity at Allianz Partners!

Job Location: Cairo,Egypt.

As the first point of contact for our worldwide clients, brokers, and medical providers, you’ll provide outstanding support, coordinate across departments, and embrace cutting-edge AI tools to deliver top-tier service.

 

What You’ll Do :

Be the friendly, multilingual voice of Allianz Partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Commit to the department`s service standards, including a 24 hours turnaround for all written communication including email responses and a target call
Multi-tasking of daily assigned workload as well as ad hoc assignments and follow up on individual cases
Assist our in-house medical team in coordinating client`s hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations and other cases as required
Use AI-powered tools to respond swiftly and accurately to queries about claims, hospitalizations, and more
Assist our in-house medical team with hospital admissions, evacuations, and repatriations.
Master our products to provide clients with timely, accurate information.
Thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with rotating shifts.

What You Bring:

Fluency in English or one of the following: French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Experience in a customer-facing role (Call Center experience is a plus).

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

A medical background is a bonus but not required.
