Property Case Handler – Claims & Repair Management (German)
JOB OVERVIEW
As a Property Case Handler with - Allianz Partners Home business you will join a dynamic team that supports our international client base. Working with your Allianz colleagues you will provide claims related and telephone support for property repairs and emergency home services. You will support our customers and the providers that we use in resolving cases and delivering excellent service. All of this will be achieved as part of a collaborative team that enables you to grow and develop as part of Allianz.
What you do
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Processing claims related to property repairs and emergency home services, including follow up claims and invoice verification
• Coordinate and track repair orders using digital processes that enable timely service and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Phone support for our German customers, service providers and trade partners
• Ensure that quality and service levels are maintained at a high level with support from your team and our partners
• Utiilize AI-based solutions like Co-Pilot to ensure efficient processing of information and enhance decision-making capabilities
• Using digital tools such as AI-based solutions like Co-Pilot to ensure efficient processing of information
• Help resolve customer complaints in keeping with Allianz Partners focus on service excellence
What you bring
KEY REQUIRMENTS
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- University education with a background in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience working in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or Insurance business.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools, with experience or a strong willingness to adopt AI tools for enhanced efficiency and problem-solving.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to improve processes and customer service outcomes
What you bring
