Job Overview
Are you a relationship builder with a passion for operational excellence? As a Service Delivery Support specialist at Allianz Partners Health, you will be the primary heartbeat of an assigned account. You will bridge the gap between our internal operations and our outsourcing partners, ensuring that our Third-Party Partners (TPPs) deliver the world-class service our members expect.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing our Third Party Partners (TPP)
- Relationship Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for assigned outsourcing partners.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor TPP capabilities, identify root causes for service issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Data-Driven Insights: Maintain detailed scorecards and documentation to facilitate executive decision-making.
- Leadership: Lead TPP huddles, business reviews, and calls to provide actionable feedback and ensure alignment.
2. Member Experience Excellence
- Escalation Management: Resolve complex member issues with a swift, member-centric approach.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review the member journey to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
- Internal Collaboration: Participate in functional huddles and maintain account escalation logs with constructive insights.
Key Requirements:
Professional Background:
- Experience: Ideally 4+ years in Service Delivery or Account Management.
- Global Mindset: Proven track record in a multinational environment with the ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a high level of comfort working with numbers and data analytics.
- Added Value: Experience in Project Management is a significant plus.
