JOB OVERVIEW
Allianz Partners Home business you will join a dynamic team that supports our international client base. Working with your Allianz colleagues you will provide claims related and telephone support for property repairs and emergency home services. You will support our customers and the providers that we use in resolving cases and delivering excellent service. All of this will be achieved as part of a collaborative team that enables you to grow and develop as part of Allianz.
Key responsbilities/ What you do
• Management of complex construction measures using in-house software, including coordination with partner companies
• Telephone support for customers and service providers (including providing information, advice, and handling complaints)
• Creation of orders in the company's HRD system and assignment of these to the department's project managers
• Order tracking with craft businesses
• Actively requesting missing invoices from craft businesses
• Active support for project managers in resolving outstanding issues
• Back office support for project managers as well as for regional/department management
Key requirments/ What you bring
• Completed Civil Engineer degree or Construction Technician
• Professional experience in the service sector (real estate or craft business)
• Enthusiasm and commitment in advising, supporting, and assisting customers, partners, and colleagues
• Strong quality awareness, teamwork skills, and flexibility
• Order tracking with craft businesses, aided by AI for predictive tracking and status updates.
• Experience in subcontractor invoice verification
• Experience in subcontractor invoice verification, with AI tools for automated verification and analysis.
• Knowledge of German construction law is desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent German language skills (C level) in both spoken and written form are required
