Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment across a designated set of roles. Working within a pod structure, the Specialist ensures that hiring activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and in line with global Talent Acquisition standards.
This role brings strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate management capability, delivering a high-quality experience to candidates and hiring managers. The Specialist works closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to manage workload, maintain process discipline, and adopt global tools and technologies—including AI-enabled solutions.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates regularly with Talent Acquisition Strategy Partners to ensure a shared understanding of hiring priorities, role requirements, and talent market realities. By combining operational excellence with a strong customer focus, this role is essential to enabling a scalable, consistent, and professional global Talent Acquisition function.
Waht you Do:
End‑to‑End Recruitment Delivery:
- Deliver full‑cycle recruitment across a defined portfolio of roles.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Maintain consistency with global Talent Acquisition standards and processes.
Candidate Experience & Communication:
- Provide a high‑quality, timely, and professional candidate experience.
- Keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the organisation’s values and employer brand.
Sourcing & Market Insight:
- Identify and engage talent using multiple sourcing channels.
- Share local talent market insights with the hub and Talent Acquisition Strategy Partners.
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines where appropriate.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Strategy Partners to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Work closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Hub Managers to resolve challenges and ensure process compliance.
- Participate in team rituals and communication forums.
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Use global tools, technology, and AI-enabled solutions consistently.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in recruitment systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

What you bring
- Proven experience in managing end to end recruitment processes experience working/ partnering as the intermediary or account management ensuring performance delivery
- Experience in facilitating behavioral interviews, use of assessments and new ways of assessing candidates suitability
- Be experienced in using strategic sourcing methods to proactive source for candidates and building recruitment campaigns
- Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads
- Strong ability to influence and show resilience navigating through demand and business requirements
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English is a must.
