Key Responsibilities:
 
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring transactional accounting accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards within your assigned area.
- Managing bank account bookings and reporting according to established processes and procedures.
- Accurately reconciling company bank statements with financial records, identifying discrepancies, investigating errors, and preparing reports to maintain data integrity.
- Conducting weekly or monthly reconciliations of all company bank accounts by comparing accounting entries with bank statements.
- Identifying unrecorded transactions or discrepancies and coordinating with responsible parties to resolve them.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of bank statements and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Providing support during internal and external audits as required.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1 to 3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of taxation.
- Understanding of the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP or GRP systems.
- Proactive approach with the ability to deliver high-quality results under competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with the team as needed.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Business English and Arabic.
- Professional and timely communication with internal clients regarding deliveries, inquiries, support, and issue resolution.
