What you do

Plan, write, and produce newsletters tailored to Allianz audience interests, ensuring content is both compelling, engaging, and informative.
Collaborate with business partners and local communication leads to source content and align messaging with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
Adapt content to the Allianz tone of voice, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reader engagement.
Ensure timely delivery of deliverables to your customers.
Monitor and analyze newsletter performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in newsletter design and content creation.
Curate content from various sources (e.g., OE updates, internal tools, global platforms) to create cohesive narratives. Adapt and re-work content from longer-form materials for internal channels.
Provide basic editorial review of video subtitles to ensure clarity, alignment with tone, and accuracy.
Use brand-compliant newsletter templates and follow layout guidelines to create visually consistent, engaging newsletters.Support layout and visual presentation (note: this is not a graphic design role).


What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, French, Media Studies, or a related field..
Minimum of 5 years of experience in editorial, communications, or corporate content creation.
Experience working in a newsroom, publishing environment, or internal communications with a strong editorial process.
High fluency in French with a strong focus on writing, editing, and adapting content for native-level audiences.  Strong editorial judgment and ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging copy.
Impeccable use of French grammar, punctuation,  spelling, and style guidelines. Familiarity with the differences between British French and American French.
Comfortable collaborating across teams and cultures; able to source and develop content independently.
Familiarity with internal communication tools, platforms, best practices, and a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Creative and strategic-thinking skills.
