Position Cluster: 

NFRM and DIRM Support:

  • Assist the FRO in driving NFRM and DIRM activities.
  • Support pillar Departments through risk management activities such as risk control creation, control testing, control audits, and activities related to different stages of the NFRM and DIRM framework.
  • Plan connects as per scope, assist FRO to conduct activities end-to-end, support queries resolution, maintain up to date status and reporting on different stages of NFRM and DIRM to stakeholder.


Team Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with different Department within the pillar to conduct monthly connects along with FRO to share updates on upcoming and current activities.
  • Onboarding new SPOCs nominated from department to support Risk activities.
  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency as needed.

 

Training and Development:

  • Create training content and support in conducting training sessions for the pillar.
  • Ensure that all team members are well-informed and equipped to handle risk management activities.


Trackers and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain trackers for various activities to ensure updated status and progress monitoring.
  • Develop reports for NFRM activities, summarizing the input, output, and analysis of the data to share observations, Risks, conclusion and improvement areas.


SharePoint Management

  • Manage SharePoint folder structures and access controls to ensure secure and organized data management.
  • Maintain all reports and documents in a central file location for easy access and retrieval.


Query Resolution and ORM Support:

  • Support teams in resolving queries related to risk management activities and ServiceNow. 
  • Collaborate with the ORM team to drive ORM-driven activities within the pillar and support the FRO in these efforts.
  • Report the status of specific activities to ORM teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree
  • 5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience
  • 5+ years of PMO experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified in a recognised project management, Risk management and/or PMO qualification ( Desirable)
