Role Overview:


Serve as the key partner to the Roll-Out Tribe Lead, driving successful execution of IT transformation projects with a clear focus on all sprint 0 activities. Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver efficient, customer-centric solutions, establish governance, and operationalize rollouts in dynamic regulatory and cultural environments. Driving proactivly continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and change management. Success in this role means delivering sustainable transformation, resolving challenges swiftly, and supporting the organization’s long-term strategic goals in a dynamic, international environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sprint Leadership,  Planning & Standardization: 

 

    • Lead co-creation and standardization of Sprint 0 materials; ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency collaborating closely with global functions, BMP and OE transformation leads.
    • Oversee workshop planning, project timelines, business requirements, and budget establishment. 
    • Enforce use of defined standards, frameworks, and templates across Retail and Claims domains. 

 

Governance & Project Management: 

 

    • Set up project management and governance frameworks for clear communication, deliverable tracking, risk anticipation, and mitigation planning to successfully oversee the E2E project delivery from ideation until roll-out. 
    • Coordinate logistics and event planning for transformation activities. 
    • Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

 

    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, BMP, business leaders, IT teams, and Operating Entities (OEs). 
    • Facilitate decision-making and manage competing priorities across functions and geographies. 

 

 

Localization & Budget Management: 

 

    • Assist the Tribe Lead and the IT Delivery Lead in estimating and structuring localization budgets for effective resource allocation and financial planning. 
    • Monitor progress and prepare comprehensive project updates for management. 

 

Risk & Issue Management: 

 

    • Identify potential risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.

 

Agile & Governance Compliance: 

 

    • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and corporate governance standards. 
    • Promote best practices and standardized approaches throughout Sprint 0 activities. 

 

Communication & Reporting: 

 

    • Maintain transparent communication channels with all stakeholders. 
    • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and documentation for diverse audiences.

 

 

Required Knowledge & Skills

 

  • Insurance Industry: Strong understanding of retail and claims insurance products (motor, health, home, life), business operations, and regulatory requirements. 
  • IT & Digital Transformation: Knowledge of IT system implementations, digital platforms, architecture concepts, integration, and data migration in insurance. 
  • Agile & Project Management: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, especially Sprint 0 activities. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Ability to navigate complex organizations, build consensus, and influence decision-making. 
  • Data & Analytics: Understanding of how data-driven insights and KPIs enhance business decision-making and customer experience. 
  • Communication & Facilitation: Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to lead workshops, mediate between departments, and clearly articulate complex ideas. 
  • Standardization & Process Excellence: Experience in creating and implementing templates, playbooks, and best practices for process quality and standardization. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience in international, matrix organizations 
  • Background in both Retail and Claims insurance domains 
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) 
  • Multilingual capabilities, minimum English (advantageous for international collaboration) 
  • Experience with Miro, Confluence and Jira as well as advanced user of office
