Call for Interest - Test & Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Test & Automation Engineer to join our teams and support the delivery of high-quality, reliable applications.

This role follows the French Calendar and CET working hours. 

Scope of Work (Squad):

• Design and maintain a centralized repository to provide a single, enriched customer view
• Build repositories synchronized with existing systems, ensuring integration and consistency
• Provide a 360° client view covering personal data, contracts, claims, and customer interactions
• Contribute to the development of repositories that will serve as the backbone for future CRM and customer platforms

Profile Sought:

Professionals with experience in the automation of information systems testing and acceptance. They are familiar with both the methodologies and technical tools required to deliver robust, automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support functional and regression testing
• Design test strategies and scenarios aligned with project objectives
• Ensure integration of automated testing in continuous delivery pipelines
• Detect, analyze, and document defects, validating corrective measures
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
• Contribute in an Agile/Scrum environment, driving efficiency and continuous improvement

Expected Competencies:

• Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of methodologies for functional, regression, and performance testing
• Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
