We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our teams and contribute to the delivery of reliable, high-quality applications.

 

This role follows the French Calendar and CET working hours. 

 

Scope of Work (Squad):

  • Design and maintain a centralized repository to provide a unified customer view enriched with knowledge and insights
  • Build repositories synchronized with existing systems, ensuring data consistency and integration
  • Provide a 360° client view covering personal data, contracts, claims, and customer interactions
  • Contribute to the development of repositories supporting future CRM solutions and customer platforms

Profile Sought:
A Test Engineer is expected to have strong knowledge in:

  • Quality assurance processes and testing tools
  • Activities related to the testing of IT applications, including test design, test data preparation, scripting, automation, and execution
  • Debugging techniques such as error log review, error coding standards, root cause identification, and problem resolution
  • Documentation of defects and validation of corrective measures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases for applications and integrations
  • Prepare test data and automate test scenarios to ensure efficiency and reusability
  • Detect, analyze, and document defects; validate corrective actions
  • Apply debugging and root cause analysis techniques to support problem resolution
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to continuous improvement

Expected Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and automation
  • Ability to apply structured test design and execution techniques
  • Familiarity with debugging practices and problem resolution
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile teams
