🚀 About the Role

Allianz Services Morocco is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and contribute across all HR functions at our Tangier site.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration (contracts, employee files, leave, etc.)
• Support recruitment activities (sourcing, interviews, onboarding)
• Ensure employee lifecycle follow-up (onboarding, mobility, exits)
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law
• Act as a local HR point of contact for employees
• Contribute to transversal HR projects

✅ Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus) 
• Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and discretion
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Ability to handle diverse HR topics
