🚀 About the Role
Allianz Services Morocco is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and contribute across all HR functions at our Tangier site.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration (contracts, employee files, leave, etc.)
- Support recruitment activities (sourcing, interviews, onboarding)
- Ensure employee lifecycle follow-up (onboarding, mobility, exits)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law
- Act as a local HR point of contact for employees
- Contribute to transversal HR projects
✅ Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and discretion
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to handle diverse HR topics
