Join Allianz Services Morocco as an IT Support Specialist based in Tangier and play a pivotal role in shaping our IT infrastructure and workplace strategy. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to drive technology changes, optimize digital assets, and ensure seamless IT operations that enhance the end-user experience. Fluency in English and French is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
•Defining and implementing a globally consistent & cost effective IT infrastructure & workplace strategy
•Maintain proper IT demand management processes in accordance with global function, foster transparency on IT costs continuously focusing on reducing IT costs
•Accountable to ensure all relevant IT security practises and protocols and maintained for AZ Services Morocco in line with global, local and customer specific requirements
•Challenging and improving workplace services supporting business with efficient cost utilization, and enhancing end customer experience.
•Identify and Drive technology changes from POC to rollout in line with global processes
•Define and govern IT Asset management processes for Az Services Morocco
•Ongoing management of IT Infrastructure and workplace services to enable simplicity, service cost, performance, and risk transparency
•Represent Allianz Services Morocco in relevant group level forums
•Contribute to management and optimization of digital assets to satisfy internal financial targets
•Support monthly IT cost tracking
About you :
•5 years of experience in IT projects, IT support, or a similar role within a corporate IT environment (operating in an international and large organization would be advantageous).
•Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven individual.
•Ability to remain composed and resilient in challenging situations
•Reliability in handling confidential information and conversations
•Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling ad-hoc requests.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
•Solid interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with peers and other departments, and the ability to motivate and influence key stakeholders to drive change.
•Previous experience with Allianz IT systems is desirable.
•ITIL Foundation certification is desired.
•Familiarity with Agile methodology.
•Knowledge of project management.
•Fluent in English and French
