🚀 About the Role

As part of our growth, Allianz Services Morocco is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic and international environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (from needs analysis to offer stage)
• Create and publish engaging job ads across various channels
• Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach, etc.)
• Conduct HR interviews and ensure high-quality candidate assessment
• Partner closely with hiring managers, partners and clients to understand their needs
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies
• Track recruitment KPIs and suggest continuous improvements
• Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding cycles

✅ Profile

• Master’s degree (HR, Business School or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / pure recruitment
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate assessment
• Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and results-driven mindset
