Assistance Coordinator - MB Telematics

Key responsibilities/What you do
- Claim case assessment and verification
- Work with medical team to handle simple assistance case
- Complete the claim report including client reports and group reports
- Work with Sales/UW/PMI to review policy wording
- Submit the claim request to enhance the system
- Complete other works assigned by supervisor
Key requirements/What you bring
- Account, insurance and medical backgroud will be a plus
- 1-2 years of working experience in insurance
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Excellent team work, communication, and time management skills
- Excellence English skills in written
