1. 按照公司的标准迅速礼貌地通过电话或者现场服务响应客户需求,回复客户咨询,及时有效的帮助客户解决问题;
2. 根据客户的需求,按照指定工作流程提供合理必要的高质量服务,达到或超越客户的期望;
3. 每天按照公司要求确保任务执行和电话沟通内容及时准确的录入到操作系统中,保证后续跟踪能得到及时准确的信息;
4. 及时有效的同服务提供商进行沟通,确保每个案件得到妥善解决,如因各种原因导致案件未能得到妥善解决,需按照公司的流程进行升级处理;
5. 和其他支持部门进行良好的沟通及配合(其他运营团队、质量与培训、网络部等);
6. 配合完成上级领导安排的其他临时工作;
7. 严格遵守公司/部门管理制度,保证最基本的工作态度,不得出现因态度问题造成的客户投诉;
8. 正确进行话机各种状态的操作,包括按时登入、登出系统、未就绪状态点选、接听所有本机来电等;
9. 主动配合达成所在项目各项合同要求的重要绩效指标, 达成部门和个人的任务指标。
