Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist Account Managers and Business Development Managers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support marketing activities.
  • Maintain sales-related systems, which includes data entry, updates, and report management.
  • Prepare reports for meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on updates.
  • Support Commercial department-specific tasks including record-keeping and drafting of policy documents.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Good command of English and Korean.
  • Conversant with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good, self-motivated team player who is dedicated to work and has a proactive attitude and possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and complete tasks with high quality and accuracy.
  • Embraces innovation and digitalization with an agile mindset.
  • Immediately available preferred.
  • Experience in working for MNCs is preferred.
