Job Purpose
We are looking for a Commercial Specialist - Content Strategy & SEO Analytics to join our company. The job holder will play a key role in leading our organic growth and redefining how we create, optimize, and scale content across digital channels.
In this high-impact role, you will combine strategic thinking, creative execution, and technical SEO expertise to boost brand visibility, authority, and lead generation. You will bridge the gap between traditional SEO and emerging Gen AI / LLM search — building a modern content operation at the core of our growth strategy and delivering measurable impact across the customer journey.
To be successful in this role, you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends and with strong stakeholder management ability, to work cross-functionality to encourage change and adoption of best practices for SEO. This role values quality content as well as technical insight to optimize the website for search engines. By generating more leads for the business, you will open up new opportunities for driving growth.

This role reports to the Commercial Supervisor - Digital Planning & Design.
What you will do
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Allianz’s goals and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across multiple segments and use cases
- Build and manage editorial calendars and ensure brand consistency across formats and platforms
- Create and/or oversee content production workflows, manage digital agencies, and ensure quality, consistency, and on-brand messaging across all assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize content experience and conversion
SEO Excellence
- Lead SEO across traditional SERPs, GenAI, and LLM visibility
- Perform technical audits, keyword optimization, and link-building initiatives
- Ensure SEO best practices are embedded in development and content creation
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Analytics & Optimization
- Measure content effectiveness and organic growth KPIs
- Own CMS and website governance, collaborating with design, growth, and product marketing to improve UX, structure, content discoverability, and conversion
- Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry and AI-driven search trends, and AI-assisted content frameworks
What you bring
Must have
- University degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration (Msc is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing and SEO
- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
- Experience with CMS platforms (eg. WordPress, Webflow, Sitecore)
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with SEO tools (eg Semji, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush), and content performance measurement frameworks
- High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent written English and editorial judgment, ability to create and evaluate high-quality content across multiple formats and personas
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Gen AI / LLM search and structured data
- Experience in product-led growth and the role of content across trial, onboarding, and in-app engagement with an SEO-first lens
- In-depth experience with website analytics and data visualization tools (e.g, Adobe Analytics, Google analytics)
- Background in insurance or financial services
