Commercial Support Officer

Your challenge
You will be placed in our Dubai office, within the Commercial Department in the Portfolio team, where you will be responsible to be the focal support point between commercial colleagues, aiming to streamline processes with internal and external stakeholders
You will be primarily responsible for the following activities:
- Consolidate data from various sources and prepare package for upcoming renewals
- Ensure proper KYC monitoring and follow up with internal/external stakeholders
- Liaise with partners/clients towards missing policy requirements
- Service customers based on company’s Service Model
- Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, etc)
Your future Challenges will be:
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Ensure proper governance in place
- Upscale quality of customer portfolio
You are the ideal candidate if you possess the below skills:

- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
It is advantageous to have Trade Credit Insurance Knowledge & are fluent in Arabic
