As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage an existing portfolio of Australian-based clients while developing and growing a new business pipeline. With your strong commercial acumen, expertise in surety products, and understanding of corporate clients, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable and sustainable growth in alignment with Allianz Trade’s Surety strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships within an existing portfolio of clients, including facility renewal, risk monitoring, and documentation.
- Develop and convert a robust new business pipeline to expand the Australian Surety portfolio.
- Execute commercial strategies aligned with Allianz Trade’s growth objectives and new business thresholds.
- Prepare and issue bonds and risk participations in collaboration with banks.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including finance, claims, and risk teams, to ensure seamless operations.
- Structure large, complex transactions involving multinational corporations and banks.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, such as brokers, banks, and legal advisors.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including Allianz, AGCS, other Allianz Trade Surety Business Units, and Allianz Trade’s Global Surety Team.
- Investigate, analyze, and manage underwriting, accounting, and workflow matters in line with Surety policies and procedures.
- Provide timely, accurate reporting and monitoring of client portfolios.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI technologies to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.
