Join as Contract Management Officer to drive accurate, timely premium billing and reconciliations. You’ll streamline processes with smart automation and strengthen KPI visibility. Collaborate across Finance, Account Management, and brokers to resolve issues fast. Your work safeguards cash flow reliability and customer trust.
What You’ll Do
- Execute accurate invoicing for premiums and risk fees
- Perform monthly reconciliations with Finance department to ensure data accuracy.
- Εnsure all invoicing – related tasks are performed on time and in line with Group targets and guidelines
- Communicate with customers and Βrokers to provide necessary information and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to manage contracts amendments effectively and in a timely manner
- Continuously improve processes and support projects related to contract management and invoicing.
- Support the business by taking part in relevant Group and Regional meetings
- Track and report KPIs to Finance Leadership via standardized dashboards.
What You’ll Bring
- BSc in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; MSc desirable.
- 3+ years in Finance/Accounting with advanced Excel skills; pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.
- Fluent English (C1 - C2)
- Meticulous, deadline-driven collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
We utilize Artificial Intelligence powered tools and encourage candidates with a basic understanding of commonly used platforms, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply. AI-related skills relevant for all roles:
