What you do
Within the Travel LoB, the Brand Marketing Strategist strengthens Allianz Partners’ market leadership and visibility by driving upper‑funnel B2B acquisition and thought leadership initiatives. The role partners closely with leadership, sales, PR, creative teams, operations, and external vendors to deliver effective B2B marketing strategies. A strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and the competitive landscape is essential.
Key responsibilities:
B2B Marketing Strategy Execution

Support development and lead execution of B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.

Drive brand visibility and lead generation in support of business development.

Partner with Sales and Corporate Communications on strategic B2B opportunities.
Industry and Events Engagement

Build relationships with key industry events and associations to generate B2B leads.

Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship assets.

Represent Allianz Partners at industry events.
Market Insights and Opportunity Identification

Leverage market research, client insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.

Identify new B2B marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities.

Monitor competitor B2B marketing approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with corporate communications, social, and email marketing teams on integrated campaigns.

Strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives.

Lead regular cross‑functional alignment meetings.
Content Development and Management

Create and manage B2B and thought leadership content (briefs, blogs, case studies, white papers, social content).

Ensure content aligns with brand standards and target audiences.

Manage website and campaign landing page content.
Project Management and Budget Adherence

Manage multiple B2B initiatives, timelines, and budgets.

Communicate deadlines clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Use project management tools to track progress and resources.
Creative Collaboration and Asset Management

Manage in‑house and agency creative partners.

Oversee delivery of B2B campaigns and marketing collateral.
What you bring
-
5+ years’ experience in marketing within a highly regulated industry (preferably financial services or travel insurance)
-
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

Proven experience delivering B2B marketing strategies and thought leadership initiatives

Strong experience working with international teams

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and market research skills

Experience managing event sponsorships and activations

Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

You work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
