What you do

 

 

The Corporate Communications Intern will support the company’s communication strategy through content creation, design, and digital communication activities. The role combines strong writing skills with creativity, digital mindset and basic audiovisual production capabilities to support both internal and external communication objectives.

The intern will collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications team to ensure consistent, engaging, and visually aligned messaging across all channels, in line with business priorities and brand guidelines.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

1. Content Creation – Editorial & Digital

  • Draft and adapt content for digital platforms, corporate website, intranet, social media channels and general media.
  • Ensure content is aligned with the company’s tone of voice, strategic objectives and industry trends.

2. Design & Audiovisual Content

  • Create visual assets and branded materials using tools such as Canva and Photoshop (presentations, banners, visuals for intranet and social media).
  • Support the creation and basic editing of audiovisual content (short videos, reels, corporate videos, interviews) using tools such as Premiere, video editors or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate on the visual storytelling of corporate initiatives, campaigns and events.

3. Content Proposal & Strategic Support

  • Propose new content ideas related to business activity, strategic priorities and current affairs.
  • Monitor trends in corporate communications, digital media and social platforms.

4. Public Relations & Stakeholder Relations

  • Support media relations and coordination with external partners, organizations and collaborators.
  • Assist in managing relationships with employees, providers and business partners from a communications perspective.

5. Internal Communications

  • Create and edit internal communication content, mainly for emailings and intranet.
  • Support engagement initiatives aimed at employees and internal stakeholders.

6. Digital Tools & Channel Management

  • Support content uploads, updates and daily management of digital channels: corporate website, intranet, newsletters and social media.
  • Assist in measuring and tracking content performance using basic digital analytics.

7. Events & Campaign Support

  • Provide communications support for internal and external events (before, during and after).
  • Assist with event-related content, visual materials and audiovisual coverage.

8. Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Digital mindset and interest in corporate, digital and visual communications.
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, video editors or similar).
  • Ability to adapt content to multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Dynamic, proactive profile, with a positive attitude and strong motivation to contribute ideas and add value to communication projects.
  • Good organizational skills, initiative, and a hands-on approach to tasks and challenges.
