Role Description

A new role has arisen for a Regional Network Manager, this is a Home Working/Field Based role covering areas in the South West, Wales and M4 corridor.

 

You will be joining a great team of people working with Britannia Rescue one of the UK’s most trusted providers of breakdown cover.

 

Salary Information

Salary circa - £50,000

 

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Identification and monitoring of designated Insurance suppliers in the vehicle roadside rescue and recovery business.
  • Being an integral part of a team, implement an effective communication strategy with a network of suppliers, ranging in size and scale, that you will have management responsibility for. This will include onboarding, periodic visits and regular contact ensuring persuasive communication of complex business, regulatory, performance and customer issues.
  • Build positive working relationships with all key contacts in the industry including the agent supplier network, industry press and professional bodies and represent Britannia Rescue at industry events and exhibitions ensuring a positive image is portrayed at all times.
  • Working with the Network Manager and wider department ensure all Agents comply with their SLA and compliance obligations and where appropriate communicate and drive improvement needs to include an ongoing action plan.
  • Recognise industry trends and work with the wider department to articulate these, offering guidance on areas for focus and improvement, providing key input into the wider departmental strategy.  
  • Analyse SLA’s, internal MI, record issues and complaint results and ensure that appropriate action is taken by both parties to maximise performance.
  • Manage a group of suppliers to develop, build and maintain relationships, making Britannia Rescue the most attractive industry provider.
  • Work with various business stakeholders and teams to support business performance, compliance requirements, cost control and education of industry information.
  • Maintain high level knowledge of technical and industry sector developments including competitor analysis to ensure that all key stakeholders are fully informed when it comes to advances in technology, payment rates, response times, fix rates and other relevant information.

 

 

About You

  • Relevant experience of Relationship Management
  • Supplier performance management experience preferable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An appreciation of vehicle mechanics or technical experience
  • Can manage time and work on own initiative and ensure delivery of results
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Experience of handling complaints and managing challenging conversations
  • Able to understand, interpret and present management information
  • Excellent Geographical knowledge
  • PC literate
  • Willingness to travel, including some overnight stays
