Missions
•    Gérer l’ensemble des tâches administratives liées à la vie ducontrat client
•    Faire de l’émission et de la réception d’appels
•    Gérer les appels conflictuels tout en gardant une bonne image d’Allianz
•    Respecter le secret professionnel
•    Contrôler, vérifier et analyser les demandes du client
•    Faire des suivis de dossiers
•    Organiser et gérer l’activité via mail et le téléphone
•    Appliquer les techniques et procédures de la relation client à Distance

Profils Recherché:
• Académique: SC minimum

•   Réfléchi(e) organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon rédactionnel et relation (anglais et français) et êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres.

•    Capacité d’écoute et de compréhension, d’analyse, d’esprit d’équipe.

•    Résistance au stress et adaptabilité.

 

Compétences:
•    Outils bureautiques
•    Linguistique : maitrise de la langue française
