Deputy Manager - Central Support

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:
The Head of Central Network Support is responsible for monitoring and auditing network quality, managing a team to ensure adherence to SOPs related to Network Operations, coordinating with various functions, and driving projects to achieve Network-related SLAs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure hygiene in the provider onboarding process and maintain network quality.
- Drive projects to optimize network presence and fleet mix.
- Achieve key SLAs related to network operations.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure service costs remain within acceptable limits.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of payments with providers and share all relevant data for payment clarity.
- Coordinate with multiple functions to resolve network-related queries.
- Establish and maintain SOPs for all network-related aspects.
- Administer and manage all depots effectively.
PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum graduate or technical diploma holder with over 15 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry or large field service operations. Experience in field operations is essential. A technical background and exposure to the automobile repair industry are ideal. Experience in managing large teams is required. This role demands high-level multitasking and a data-driven approach.
System Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical skills, and good presentation skills. Experience in project management or Six Sigma is advantageous.

- Must be a self-starter and innovative, with the energy to drive a team.
Team Work
- Ability to liaise with multiple functions, external providers, and the internal network team.
Other Skills
- Techno-commercial acumen, ability to handle multiple functions, and proficiency with data.
