The group Digital Marketing Acquisition manager works within the Group Digital Marketing department. 

 

This position is pivotal within the Group organization and directly contributes to the growth of Allianz Trade's new business generation through digital marketing tactics. As a Corporate collaborator, the role of the Group Digital Marketing Acquisition Manager works directly with the regional digital marketing teams in their traffic acquisition, lead generation and web marketing initiatives:

 

 

  • Support transversal initiatives within Digital Marketing teams in relation to Digital Acquisition, Web Analytics and Marketing Automation project management
  • Manages the implementation of a strategic, global new marketing technology to enable more new business generation from digital marketing initiatives
  • Supports the Group Digital Acquisition Manager on his/her daily tasks and missions
  • Works closely with the Digital Analytics team to produce timely dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of digital marketing activity
  • Is responsible of the traffic management monitoring and builds insights & analyses to the Group top management.
  • Gather regional best practices and manages global sharing and adoption of those best practices
  • Provides curation of new opportunities to diversify traffic sources globally (affiliate marketing, martech / adtech, display, SEM, native, social…)
  • Animates and coordinates quarterly center of excellences with the regional digital marketing communities

Competencies required

 

  • Master in Business school or equivalent in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on & multi-tasking skills with a adaptable, project-orientated & team mindset
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads & other webmarketing tools
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools & Pack office
  • Preferable international experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of digital media channels
