Our Personal Injury division is committed to being the market leader. With proven expertise we provide a diverse range of products and solutions for our clients. By joining our high performing team in Darwin, you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service, innovative thinking and return to work support.
We are seeking Case Managers who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with both relevant regulatory and Allianz requirements. The role will be responsible for maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management, to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
The successful applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to the Northern Territory.
About the role
- Proactively manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation.
- Maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for workers
- Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with the NT Return to Work legislation
- Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including employers, legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes
About you
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation
- Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments and works effectively as part of a team
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy and precision in all responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
