Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong experience in working with large datasets and complex data ecosystems.
• Excellent knowledge of Data warehousing concepts
• Strong in writing  SQL queries, data analysis, issue  identification and problem solving.
• Must have experience working with   cross-functional teams (Technical teams, BA's, Business users,etc ) to understand requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering insights that influenced business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate analysis, optimize performance, and improve efficiency.
• Experience in agile environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of big data technologies, (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), Python,etc is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Special Considerations:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle policy & claims is a plus.
