Qualification :
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with ETL tools and technologies such as Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus
Special Considerations:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle policy & claims is a plus.
