Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external entities, including group and regional offices, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

4. Operational Reporting:
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on operational activities and performance metrics as requested, providing insights for strategic planning.

5. Organizational Management Coordination:
Lead and coordinate organizational management tasks and events, specifically tailored to the needs of regional and group offices, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives. 

6. Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
