Client Relations Lead

What you do:
- Manage relationship with Key accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact for client activities and coordination with all stakeholders both internal and external
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services
- Identify opportunities for business growth and recommend solutions to client
- Maintain regular client meetings
- Resolve complex client issues and ensure timely and effective resolution
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to ensure customer loyalty
- Renewal of assigned key account
- Assisting the manager and department in achieving set targets
What you bring:
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Physically fit to carry out duties
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
- Able to work cooperatively with people at all levels with respect.
- Strong negotiation, communication, attention to detail, time management and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to self-manage workload and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus under pressure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, ability to make clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands.
- Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.
