The Opportunity
As the Claims Operations Support Analyst you will manage logging of breakdown assistance service complaints, maintain the Ariba Procurement system, assist with drafting contracts & extension letters, work with Service Providers in the Republic of Ireland.
Reporting to the Claims Support Manager, you will support the wider Claims Function in providing the highest level of service, providing trusted/expert advice, and support to our customers when they need us most; from first notification through to Claims settlement. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all areas of Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and refer breakdown assistance service complaints to the AA for initial investigation.
- Keep Ariba system up to date, ensuring accuracy and upload supporting documentation.
- Trouble shooting for issues related to the registration and compliance of documents within the S2C process.
- Prepare and draft contracts & extension letters for Service Providers, ensuring data accuracy
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date log of CDs/USBs, ensuring data protection in a secure location.
- Coordinate updates and revisions for claims forms.
- Provide assistance in addressing audit points for the Claims Support Team
- Provide ongoing support to the Claims Support Team as needed.
Key Requirements / Skills & Experience
Essential:
- At least 3 years of experience in claims handling or procurement
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- High proficiency in Word, Excel and IT systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of Claims & General Insurance
Desirable:
- At Allianz Ireland, we are committed to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. While this role does not require specific expertise in Data Analytics or AI technologies, having an understanding of their principles and practical uses can be advantageous.
