The Opportunity

 

The HR Reporting & Reward Analyst plays a key role in our People & Culture team, supporting the systems, processes and insights that enable a high-performing and employee-focused HR service.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Reward Manager with a strong focus on HR System maintenance and development, compensation and benefit administration and reporting.

 

The role provides exposure to key areas including HR technology, reward, workforce reporting, process improvement and employee lifecycle management and will also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects in the team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage HR Systems: Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, such as SAP Success Factors and Strandum, through communication with Allianz Group, internal and external stakeholders.  Ensure system data quality and governance across all HR systems.
  • HR Reporting & Insights: Provide management information by producing HR reports and metrics such as FTE workforce data to support business decision making, payroll activities, audit requirements and regulatory obligations.
  • Reward Reporting: Assist with salary review processes, annual benchmarking, Gender Pay & Equal Pay reporting requirements, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) reporting.
  • HR Communications & Employee Resources: Maintain HR portals, SharePoint sites and employee communications, ensuring employees have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate Employee Benefits: Manage benefit administration and resolve any employee queries that may arise via the shared HR mailbox.
  • Maintain Employee Records: Ensure HR systems and employee data are accurate and up to date.
  • Remuneration Support: Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team to support reward activities and provide reward-related support for recruitment.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new joiners including benefit management, leaver and joiner change processes and running induction sessions on Rewards & Benefits
  • Contribute to HR Projects: Support initiatives that enhance HR systems, processes and the overall employee experience. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, automation and data-driven decision-making across People & Culture.

 

 

Key Requirements / Skills & Experience

 

  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, Reward, Reporting or HR Administration
  • Experience working with HR Systems (SAP Success Factors / Employee Central, Document Composer, Ariba, SharePoint
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Gender Pay, Equal Pay, CSRD and workforce reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce, interpret and present HR data and management information.
  • Comfortable using Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, analyse data, streamline HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
