The Opportunity

 

The Instalment Billing Handler is responsible for managing and processing instalment billing for our customers. This role involves resolving any billing discrepancies and delivering exceptional customer service, all while adhering to company policies and regulations. This role is intended to establish a small team within the Dublin office, which will develop into a group of Instalment Billing specialists dedicated to supporting and advancing the instalment billing processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage instalment billing for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor billing accounts to ensure payments are received and applied correctly
  • Respond to customer queries regarding billing and payments in a professional and timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues, collaborating with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and customer communications
  • Handle policy adjustments, cancellations, reinstatements, and related billing changes
  • Collaborate with the finance and Underwriting teams to improve billing processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assist with queries related to commissions calculation, payment and disputes
  • Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards

 

 

Key Requirements / Skills & Experience

 

  • Experience working in a customer service environment, ideally with experience handling queries over the phone
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently
