JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE                         

This fixed term contract role is ideal for a process driven, detail orientated candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment. The candidate will have the benefit of working in a hybrid set up where working from home and in the office is part of the role.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Project Planning: Assist in creating and reviewing project plans, defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Coordination: Support to organize team activities, ensuring all team members are clear on their tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Progress Tracking: Help monitor project milestones, track progress, and ensure that tasks are completed according to the project plan.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation: Help prepare and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, progress reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Support Senior Managers: Assist senior project managers in the execution of various projects, ensuring that projects run smoothly and are delivered on time and within budget.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Working towards a discipline in Project Management
  • Keen interest business and technology
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role desired
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and work within deadlines
  • Excellent attention to details
