Overall Objectives of Job: (If multiple sections, accord weightage to each section)

 

 

•    Deliver and 'Maintain high-quality application software solutions that meet Business Users 

      requirements.

•    Demonstrating technical leadership with Open Text Info Archive or other products having ETL capability similar to data archiving functionalities. Some areas of proficiency may include: 
      -    Capturing data archiving requirements
      -    Performing data discovery/analysis in the source system
      -    Converting requirements into design
      -    Application decommissions or data archiving
      -    Experience with Data Extract Transform Load (ETL) process
      -    Knowledge of ETL tools

•     Experience with Archiving Structure and Unstructured data.
•    Effectively communicating through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Contributing to the development of a solution design and/or strategic deployment roadmap.
•    Working in conjunction with colleagues to implement technical configurations and ensure the 

      code developed according to Architecture Guidelines.
•    Contributing to project documentation, including, but not limited to requirements documents,   

      technical design, test plans, and knowledge transfer documentation. 
•    Participating in multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Demonstrating strong customer-facing skills by building and maintaining positive  customer       

      relationships.
•    Preparing, maintaining, and submitting weekly activity/progress reports and time recording

  • Deliver high quality software consistent with the principals of continuous integration.
  • Develop and manage effective relationships peers, customers and managers.

  • Work with the technical team in resolving complex issues and troubleshooting
  • Conduct code reviews of other peers and ensure code quality is not compromised
  • Estimate delivery costs and timeframes to meet the needs of project managers aligned with business priorities.
  • Challenge business requirements and OSD requirements that do not deliver customer value or do not make appropriate use of technology.

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills

 

        

Must-Have:

 

•    B.E, B Tech, MCA or equivalent qualification.

•    The candidate should have 8+ years of professional experience in implementing  

      medium to complex ETL solutions.
•    Competency with Open Text Info Archive/data archiving tools / ETL tools / Database is a mandate

•    Experience on development, Installing, Configuring & Administration of  ETL tools on Windows & Linux 

     environment

•    Working experience in implementing Extract Load Transform (ETL) tools and database scripting
•    Working experience with Python, Java, XML, xQuery, XSD, XForm and REST    services . 
•    Highly professional team player with the ability to work independently, while being

     part of a dynamic team.
•    Knowledge and understanding of on-premises and cloud enterprise software

     deployments.
•    Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.

•    Strong communication skills.
•    Adhere to Allianz internal standards and best practices for consistent, high quality 

     project delivery.

 

 

Good to Have:

  • Working knowledge of any SQL tools
