Change & Engagement Manager F/M
Ebene, MU, 72201
The Finance Factory at Allianz Partners is evolving how Finance works globally – from processes and tools to culture and ways of working. This Change & Engagement Manager role sits in the Transformation, Change & Engagement department within the Finance Factory Steering division and exists to make that evolution actually work for people.
It’s for someone who is comfortable owning change and engagement end‑to‑end: shaping the narrative, designing and executing change plans, tracking impact on employees, and building a culture where people understand what is changing and why. If you have a solid background in HR, change, project or organisational development, and you enjoy being close to the business while keeping a strong people focus, you’re likely a good fit.
What you do
- Design, implement and monitor change management plans for Finance Factory initiatives, from initial impact assessment through to stabilisation and adoption.
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities within the Finance Factory, tracking how people are responding and adjusting plans based on feedback and data.
- Develop and roll out cultural programmes (e.g. ways of working, collaboration, leadership behaviours), ensuring they are clearly communicated, understood and embedded in day‑to‑day routines.
- Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders on change and engagement topics: align messages, manage expectations, and ensure leaders are equipped to support their teams.
- Develop and deliver communication and training materials that help employees understand changes, build required skills, and navigate transitions.
- Measure the effectiveness of change, engagement and cultural initiatives; report insights and recommendations, and continuously improve based on what works.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.
What you bring
- 5–10+ years’ experience in HR, Change Management, Project Management and/or Organisational Development, with a track record of leading people‑related initiatives that impacted ways of working, engagement or culture. This breadth matters because you will be working across people, process and organisation topics.
- Proven experience designing and running structured change and engagement plans (including stakeholder mapping, communication, training and impact tracking), ideally in a Finance or corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills: you can work with senior leaders and project teams, translate complex changes into clear messages, and build trust and buy‑in across different cultures and locations.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience (at least 2 years where required by local entity): you are comfortable coaching others, resolving conflicts and creating a safe environment during periods of change.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills: you can synthesise input from different sources, prioritise where to focus, and use data (e.g. engagement indicators, feedback) to adjust your approach.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages such as French (for MU) or Portuguese (for BR) are an advantage.
