Job Description:
We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Centre of Excellence, supporting our French Hub—covering legal entities in France, Mauritius, and La Réunion. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted compliance advisor and key support for audit, regulatory, and governance activities, with local and cross-border impact.
What you do
- Coordinating with local business functions on compliance-related activities such as training completion, audit readiness, and internal reporting.
- Conducting regulatory research and monitoring relevant guidance from local authorities and regulators.
- Supporting submissions to Allianz Partners Group, AZ SE Group, and regulatory bodies.
- Reviewing and processing Gift & Entertainment requests, Vendor Integrity Screening alerts, and Sales Intermediary interactions.
- Verifying translations of compliance guidelines and training materials for local use.
- Providing general support to the Head of Compliance on ad-hoc compliance topics and projects.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management.
- Familiarity with French regulations and regulatory monitoring is highly valued.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with both local and global teams.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Teams.
